On 31 July 2019, the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group entered into an agreement to acquire Benteler Distribution, a division of Benteler International AG.
The Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group’s consolidated net sales were € 787 million, an increase of 25% compared to the previous financial year.

With the addition of the Benteler Distribution activities to our network, the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group improved its position as a leading global distributor of pipe and tube material.
